I primarily work with Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT) and incorporate a Trauma-Informed approach, and an Anti-Oppressive/ strength-based approach through a culturally sensitive lens. As a trauma-informed yoga clinician, I also incorporate mindfulness techniques into my practice.

I believe it is vital to gain a holistic picture of my client, to be able to meet them where they are at in their life and appropriately and effectively assist them on their healing journey. 

My goal is to work with clients to explore the root of their concerns and support them in developing a plan to overcome the challenges they experience.
