ABOUT CASSANDRA

Hello my name is Cassandra Francis. Thank you for taking the time to read my "About Me" section.

My interest in psychotherapy began while working as a Physiotherapist Assistant. Within that position, I recognized how much an individual’s mental health impacts their physical health and overall well-being. Since then, I have over six years of experience working with individuals who have experienced anxiety, depression, grief, self-esteem concerns, identity concerns, interpersonal conflict, trauma, and more. I have always been interested in the process of recovery and integration. I believe that everyone has the ability to expand their well-being, and I am here to support you along the way.
