Hello, my name is Princess Patrick-Okose. Thank you for reading more about me!

Princess has worked with youth, adults, and couples from a variety of life circumstances. She has a wealth of knowledge in supporting clients who experience Complex Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (CPTSD), anxiety, depression, stress, and other life transformations. Additionally, Princess assists couples who are experiencing communication and connection concerns.
In therapy, she creates a secure, compassionate
environment where she respects your emotional experiences. She helps you mobilize your
strengths and resilience by normalizing obstacles using self-compassion, mindfulness, and other
strategies and tools. Along your healing journey, Princess will support you in locating themes and patterns that can be impeding your
progress.

Princess' objectives are to assist you in developing and maintaining satisfying relationships with
yourself and others. She combines narrative therapy and strength-based therapy in her work. She finds this combination in her approach helps clients change their perspective on life to one that is more positive; by learning how to cope with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other issues that prevent them from living their life to the fullest!
Along with advocating for the BIPOC empowerment, Princess is also passionate about
creating a safe place where individuals from deprived communities can discuss their experiences without fear of retribution.
