Tina is accepting new clients!
Hello, my name is Tina. Thank you for taking the time to read more about me.
Tina is a dedicated therapist who believes that meaningful conversations can be powerful tools for healing and growth. She earned a Master’s degree in Counseling and Guidance in Iran and worked for several years as a counselor. She is currently completing a Master’s in Counseling Psychology at Yorkville University in Canada and practicing as a student therapist.
In her clinical work, Tina draws on a range of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral, dialectical-behavioral, narrative, and reality therapy approaches. Her integrative, strengths-based, and client-centered style emphasizes the interconnectedness of thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, while helping clients draw on their own resilience and capacities for change. She has experience supporting individuals through challenges such as anxiety, depression, obsessive-compulsive patterns, anger management, grief/loss, immigration, and life transitions.
Clients working with Tina can expect a supportive and collaborative environment where they feel respected, understood, and empowered. She strives to create a safe and inclusive space where clients can explore difficult experiences, challenge unhelpful patterns, and discover new ways of coping. Guided by a belief in each person’s strengths, Tina works alongside her clients to foster self-awareness, build resilience, and create meaningful and lasting change.
