Tina is accepting new clients!

Hello, my name is Tina. Thank you for taking the time to read more about me.

Tina is a dedicated counselor who believes that meaningful conversations can be powerful tools for healing and growth. She earned a Master’s degree in Counseling and Guidance in Iran and worked for several years as a counselor, supporting individuals with concerns such as anxiety, depression, and obsessive-compulsive patterns.

Currently, Tina is completing a Master’s in Counseling Psychology at Yorkville University in Canada and is practicing as a student therapist. She works with a range of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Narrative, mindfulness, and reality therapy approaches. Her integrative, strengths-based, and client-centered style emphasizes the interconnectedness of thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while highlighting clients’ resilience and capacity for growth.

Tina supports clients navigating a variety of concerns, including anxiety, depression, obsessive-compulsive patterns, anger management, grief, and life transitions. She views therapy as a process of transformation in which individuals can challenge unhelpful patterns, cultivate self-awareness, and create meaningful change.

As an immigrant herself, Tina values cultural diversity and is committed to providing inclusive, culturally sensitive care. She strives to create a therapeutic environment in which clients feel respected, understood, and empowered.
