We are passionate about supporting individuals, couples, families and groups in developing skills of emotion understanding, emotion regulation, healthy self-esteem, and resilience. 

 

Our goal is to work with clients to explore the root of their concerns and support them in developing a plan to overcome the challenges they experience.

One Peace Therapy Inc. offers Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT) and more approaches. We always incorporate a Trauma-Informed approach, and an Anti-Oppressive/ strength-based approach through a culturally sensitive lens. Depending on your need and/or belief, we also incorporate mindfulness techniques into our practice.
