Thank you for taking a moment to learn more about Tyrzah!
I am a Reiki Practitioner who approaches healing through a holistic and integrative lens, honoring the profound interconnectedness of the mind, body, and the body’s energetic systems. My work is grounded in the understanding that when the nervous system feels safe, supported, and regulated, the body naturally regains access to its innate capacity for balance, resilience, and healing. Reiki is both a somatic and energetic practice, meaning it works not only with subtle energy but also with how the body physically experiences stress, rest, and restoration.
In my sessions, Reiki is offered as a gentle yet deeply effective modality that supports relaxation, nervous system regulation, and the release of stored emotional and energetic patterns held within the body. Clients may experience a sense of grounding, warmth, spaciousness, or emotional ease as the body shifts out of survival mode and into a state of rest and repair. I commonly work with individuals navigating stress, anxiety, emotional overwhelm, or the cumulative impact of daily life, providing a space where the body is invited to slow down, soften, and recalibrate at its own pace. Each session is client-centered, intuitive, and responsive—guided by what your body and energy system need in the present moment, rather than a one-size-fits-all approach.
By weaving together mind–body awareness, somatic presence, and energetic support, my intention is to help you reconnect with yourself in a way that feels grounded, safe, and meaningful. Whether you are new to Reiki or familiar with energy healing, you are welcomed exactly as you are. I strive to create a calm, professional, and nurturing environment where you can feel supported in your body, deepen your self-awareness, and move through life’s challenges with greater ease and balance. I believe healing is not about fixing what is broken, but about remembering your innate wholeness—and it is my honor to hold space as you reconnect with your body’s wisdom and capacity to heal.
