Yes we do! However, we do not direct bill to WSIB or MVA claims. Please contact us for more information on how to set up direct billing!

Yes we do! Proof of your need is not required! Individuals are welcome to accessing our sliding scale options. We also offer session packages for couples for cost effective care.

Our Intern Psychotherapists offer 8 Pro-bono Sessions!

It is a therapist's ethical duty to breach confidentiality if:

• A client is at harm to self or other(s). 

• A child (under the age of 18) or a senior (65+) is at risk of harm. 

• A client's files are subpoenaed by the court.

• A client experiences a health emergency during a session.

Outside of these reasons, your personal information (including what is discussed during sessions) will not be disclosed without your informed written consent.

Yes! Our psychotherapy, naturopathy, nutritional, and reiki services are offered by phone, video, and in-person at our Toronto and Mississauga office!
